Dr. Cook had the privilege to complete a fellowship in craniofacial surgery at the Craniofacial Center in Dallas. This patient centered experience, at one of the busiest craniofacial centers in the country, provided Dr. Cook with the education and resources needed to effectively handle the most difficult plastic surgery challenges.
