• Located on the first floor of the Medical Plaza, the anticoagulation clinic treats patients who have been prescribed Warfarin. In addition, our team manages dosing and therapy for Novel Oral Anticoagulants as well as dosing, administration and bridging therapy with subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin (enoxaparin).
