• Dr. Tuan Nguyen, also known as Dr. “Winn,” has over 15 years of experience helping patients look and feel beautiful. Dr. Nguyen is an expert cosmetic and general surgeon at accredited Noble Care Outpatient Surgery Center, located in Westminster, California. He completed his undergraduate degree at California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California, and received a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree at the Kansas City University Medicine of Medicine and Biosciences (formerly known as University of Health Science-College of Osteopathic Medicine) in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Nguyen completed general surgery training at Weill Medical College of Cornell University-Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He has additional training in colorectal and breast surgery from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, and in cosmetic surgery from the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. A renowned plastic cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Nguyen was named Outstanding Professional in the 2002/2003 American Registry of Outstanding Professionals for dedication to his profession, leadership, and success.
