• The Northwest Land & Lifestyle Properties brokerage opened its doors in the spring of 2017 a few miles north of beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The brokerage’s co-founders are Kathy Edlund (Associate Broker) and Tom Moore (Designated Broker/Forester). Kathy and Tom have a combined 17 years of real estate experience and over 25 years working in the timber industry. With diverse back grounds in real estate transactions, land use, timberland management, land appraisals, 1031 exchanges and conservation easements, this team of professionals knows rural land better than most real estate professionals. Throughout Kathy and Tom’s career they have had the privilege of working on land management and real estate transactions throughout much of Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington. They know the markets, and how to navigate the complexities of real estate in their operating area. From managing several thousand acres of industrial real estate transactions, to helping a private buyer find the perfect lifestyle property for their families, Kathy and Tom have done it all.
