• Patients throughout Northwestern Wyoming can get comprehensive orthopedic care at the practice of Dr. Angus Goetz. The team provides the latest treatments and preventive solutions at their state-of-the-art Jackson clinic. Under the direction of Angus Goetz, DO, a leading board-certified orthopedic surgeon, the team of specialists strive to offer modern diagnostic care and treatments for a realm of bone, joint, and connective tissue issues. With additional expertise in exercise and sports injuries, Dr. Goetz can treat common injuries athletes face too, like anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries, or shin splints. While Dr. Goetz most commonly provides acute care for fractures and trauma, he also treats an array of chronic orthopedic issues. Dr. Goetz uses Mako® robot arm assisted technology for hip and knee replacements, and also soon for shoulder replacements. The team also cares for patients who struggle with life-long bone and joint conditions, such as osteoarthritis.   Dr. Goetz has advanced training in joint replacements through a world-class fellowship earned in 1996 at The Institute for Bone and Joint Disorders, and the Harrington Arthritis Research Center,  in Adult Reconstruction of the shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle. Voted as one of the best knee doctors in Jackson Hole every year since 2008, patients of the practice commend Dr. Goetz and his team for their compassionate bedside manner. Not only does the group help diagnose and treat a patient’s condition, they care for patients long afterward to ensure their quality of life improves throughout their rehabilitation process.
