Lead physician Dev Sen, MD, is a board-certified doctor in pain management and physical medicine and rehabilitation, who has more than 20 years of experience in helping patients who have neuromusculoskeletal conditions and chronic pain problems. Dr. Sen brings his expertise in pain medicine, physiatry, regenerative medicine and electrodiagnostic medicine to the region, where he’s been the leading clinician in his field for several years. For the first time in this area, Dr. Sen will be offering services that include bone marrow aspiration using state of the art X-Ray guidance, and harvesting  of stem cells with cutting edge technology centrifuge devices, These concentrated stem cell solution is then injected back into the injured, degenerated or diseased part of the patient’s body using fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance. Prime Regenerative and Pain Management also specializes in treating injuries sustained during the working day and providing independent medical exams, as well as EMG/Nerve conduction studies.
