Public Utility Management and Planning Services, Inc. was established in July 2000. Over the past 20 years the company has dedicated itself to providing services to water, sewer and storm water utilities in the evaluation, planning and management of public utility systems. Included in the management has been financial planning, evaluations, and policy document support. Other services have included condition assessments of the utility and its infrastructure, strategic planning, capital improvement planning, and more.
