• Runkle's has been family owned and operated since 1949! Bruce Runkle originally established the business in Red Lion, Pennsylvania as a full service Notary. His grandson, Mark Johnson has been the proud owner of Runkle’s since 1995. At all of our 3 locations, we are able to issue registration cards, licenses and stickers immediately. Additionally, the York office is an authorized PennDOT Photo License Center. Today, Runkle’s is a respected, reliable resource for various driver and vehicle services.
