Sara Thurgood, M.D. is a full scope family medicine doctor including care for women, infants and children. She received her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, AL and completed her residency in family medicine in Flemington, NJ at the Hunterdon Family Medicine Residency program. Her publications and academic presentations span obstetrics and postpartum depression to asthma and dementia. Dr. Thurgood is passionate about vaccine education and helping patients with obesity issues. In her free time, Dr. Thurgood enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her children, sewing and decorating cakes.
