• Beautifully situated high atop a 68-acre tract of land, The Foley Center at Chestnut Ridge is designed for patients healthy enough to be discharged from the hospital (post-acute), but not quite ready to safely return home. Residents and patients will benefit from short and long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, memory support, and assisted living.
