Vancouver Vein & Surgical Center is led by the board-certified general surgeon Dr. Rubano. For the past 20 years, Dr. Rubano has honed his surgical skills in general, venous, and minimally invasive procedures. At our clinic, he provides patients with personalized care and attention as he works with them to plan out the best possible course of treatment.
