Warren Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center strives to provide the highest quality care in a warm, homelike setting administered by a highly qualified interdisciplinary team. This team includes not only the resident’s physician, pharmacists, nurses, social workers, dietitian, activities coordinator and therapists, but the resident’s family also. We are a 160 bed facility offering skilled and retirement levels of care, located in a beautiful rural setting offering physical, occupational and speech therapy for residents as ordered by a physician. We encourage resident to participate in daily group activities including various games, exercise, non-denominational religious programs as well as providing in-room activities and engagement.
