Westfield Rehabilitation and Health Center offers short stay rehabilitation, out-patient therapy, long term, hospice and respite care. Patients who arrive at Westfield are greeted by a clinical team who develops a focused treatment plan that is designed to help them to regain skills and help decrease the chance for a re-admission back to the hospital. Every patient has access to medical services that address secondary conditions for a complete treatment plan. Westfield offers patients spacious private and semi-private room accommodations with private bathrooms. Specializing in short stay rehabilitation, our short stay rooms are adjacent to a 4,000 square foot rehab gym where patients receive physical, occupational and speech therapies.
